It replaces all your grenades with the CT model "gign" (4th one) *BUT* you should back up all the files you're gong to replace *save the originals somewhere else) because they will be permanently replaced unless you do. anyway, the grenades also have different bounce sounds. fun if you're a terrorist >:)
