for pirated version:
go to your 'valve' folder and find 'cstrike'. go into 'cstrike' and find the folder called 'maps', which is where you should put all your map files. for legit version:
go to my programs > steam > steamapps > (your@email) > counter - strike > cstrike, then find the maps folder, which is where you put all the files.
