Of course, if valeriy disapproves of this, it's his site and his opinion will be valued over all others on this.
Basically, i see a LOT of posts (which i can take partial blame for :3) in the general / recruit/ PRETTY MUCH ALL forums that should really be in off topic. of course, moving all the threads would take a long time and defeat the purpose of this whole cleaning up thing. IF YES IS VOTED:

Take a vote, and if it turns out yes, a list of threads to be moved / deleted will be written up and a date of removal / moving will be posted. Read any post on "condemned" threads that you might need before that day! Also, if anyone would like to preserve a certain thread that is "condemned" in the off-topic section, go ahead and PM me. Please, don't say "preserve them all" :3 because that would mean keeping the clutter and flooding the off topic section. REMEMBER, I WOULD ONLY PRESERVE THREADS THAT ACTUALLY BELONG IN THE OFF TOPIC SECTION (eg: if you request to preserve a recruitment forum gone wrong and turned off topic, i think i'd deny it, as its not ALL off topic, some of it would be outdated recruitment and thus be useless the the off topic forums)
