| I don't know if anyone else on this site has the same problem, but these skins don't work for me. They have end names like .vtx and .vvd or something like that. All of my models require a .mdl ending. Can anyone explain why there are two seperate model types? cuz i downloaded a usp model and installed it easily from a different site. can anyone tell me what to do? Added (2008-01-03, 4:32 Pm)

oh man i screwed up big. i accidentaly deleted the original knife skin. val, could you post a download or at least e-mail me the original knife? i don't want to have to re-install the game. it won't let me play otherwise.

| there's no difference between the 2, except that one doesn't need to connect to steam thus needs no authentication. of course, the server you play on does that too, so you need a cracked server :/
