| thanks for encouragment angel and where did you get your source game? i use thepiratebay.org for torrents ( i find it much easier to have a torrent than rapidshare (KILL RAPIDSHARE DIE DIE DIE!!!!!!!) lol) and also i got a Q. when i downloaded source it's graphics and model SUCKED THROBBING BALLS. so ya that's why i play 1.6

| lol source's graphics do not suck throbbing balls. you probably got some ghetto version like xtreme counter strike. now THAT almost as shitty as 1.6. trust me. i played 1.6 the other day (after days of source) and i was like WTF IS THIS SHIT. thepiratebay isn't where i got it, but i forgot where i did. if you're not too lazy to start it up every time you want to play cs:s, you can download pacsteam and download source off pacsteam. or maybe your graphics are set to "shit". however, i CAN tell you that it was a torrent, a very poor health on at that, it took me 6 hrs. to download the 2GB file o.0

| dude....source takes like 2GB. or was it less? i think it was like waaay less. its just that it takes around 512 mb of ram to run it. like what ive got, and it runs laglessly (but bots, when there are too many at once, will lag you. thats normal. everyone gets that) Added (2008-06-05, 7:37 Pm)

and also, download takes like 5 seconds. its getting the updates (preparing to launch as pacsteam calls it) that takes about 30 mins the first time. then, it will be great. when you first run it (each time you start up) it will lag when starting up, but each consecutive time you run it, it gets better. but gameplay is ALWAYS smooth. at least for me it is :P
